With strong in-house capabilities and the latest CAD technology, we deliver both 2D and 3D design solutions to a high professional standard. Using AutoCAD for precise 2D drafting and Autodesk Inventor for advanced 3D design and development, we support projects from initial concept through to detailed design. We also offer rapid prototyping through our in-house 3D printing facilities, helping bring ideas to life quickly and efficiently.
We also work seamlessly within our clients' systems via secure VPN access, allowing us to integrate directly with their databases and software to deliver efficient, flexible support wherever it's needed.
Detailed Design Services will provide design solutions in accordance with client standards, the Basis of Design, and applicable industry standards.
We always comply with client document issuing procedures, typically issuing a first-pass "Issue for Client Review" followed by "Issued for Construction", providing assurance that all parties have the opportunity to comment and supporting a "right first time" ethos.

🔵 Brownfield Design​
We specialise in brownfield projects across a wide range of scopes, from onshore facilities such as the gas terminals at Bacton, Dimlington and Easington, and National Gas compression stations at Diss and Kirriemuir, to power plants in Great Yarmouth and Thetford.

🟤 Topside Design
Depending on individual client needs, we can design our topside units to DNV 2.7-1 or BS12079.
We design stainless steel enclosures to IP65 protection standards, together with open-frame carbon steel structures, engineered to meet specified mechanical, environmental, and functional requirements.
Comprehensive drawing packages can be provided, covering all stages from schematic diagrams through to fabrication drawings.
Our service can, where required, include technical liaison with fabrication and machine shops to maintain continuity of communication throughout the manufacturing process and support delivery to project schedule.
